THE BRIEF
A household name in the pet food manufacturing sector came to Ecolighting with a simple brief. They wanted to significantly reduce their running costs, increase light levels and have zero capital outlay.
The site consisted of fluorescent T5 luminaires on the interior of the building and metal halide luminaires for all exterior areas.
The company was paying around £112,000 per annum on electricity and a further £12,000 per annum just maintaining its existing system.
THE SOLUTION
Ecolighting specified Pegasus LED luminaires for all of the high bay applications and Sapphire LED battens for all of the mezzanine and low bay areas. Outside the building Ecolighting specified a mixture of Medusa LED street lights and Ledvance LED floodlights.
To achieve the zero capital outlay, Ecolighting offered a lease purchase agreement, which is designed to not only make the solution capital-free but also cash positive from month one in nearly all cases.
